Jo, Jon Floating on Jonah's Whale was part of the original "Verse to Vision - Vision to Verse" 2004 collaborative exhibition with Maj Ragain at Verde Gallery, Champagne Il. During 2014, I returned to it and reworked the sleeping hand and area under the blue whale. The magical feeling of free floating dreams, and lurking monsters pervades this image. Still, the children are fast asleep, secure in their closeness and trust.
